    Guys: JCH has two layouts in that area. Sai Bhavani is in Budvel village and Upperpally is different layout. Incidentally both got permission on May 8th. You can verify that here on huda web site: http://www.hudahyd.org/inside/issuedlayoutpermissions.asp My plot was in not in mortgage plots. It got registered in May 2004. Suny

Final HUDA clearence has been confirmed and propogated to the JanaChaitanya folks. (My contacts were 3-4 months ahead of the newswires) Congratulations to all those that persisted.
