    this buildin is caled as the VIKHARA MANZIL built by the then PM of Hyd. Sir Vickar Ul Mara..the same guy who built the Falaknuma Palace n the present Huda building....this building i s now abt 120 years old..n stands out for its phenomenal view form the necklace road (right hand side)..it is situated on a hillock..n oversees the beautiful view of the hussain sagar from its front portion all through.. al in al has an interseting and admiring front facade n stands out completely for the human eye
