    I guess rates are between 8000 to 10000 per sqyard , reason said by brokers is start of Navya Homes independent Houses project (300) , Shanker Green Homes (250) , Durga Homes-2 near to completion , few small Independent Venture of close to 50 Houses coming up in Janma Bhoomi layout , Janachaitanya and within colony already some new house construction , please check and update me too even am looking to purchase a plot for self appreciate suggestion on price
