ZAVATA IS PURELY A ONE MAN SHOW WHICH IS RULED BY RAJESH BANDRA, 40 SEATER WORK IS MANTAINED BY 15-20 SEATER AND SHOWS CLIENT THAT HE IS WORKING WITH 40 EMPLOYEES. NOW ZAVATA IS APOLLO HEATH STREET, WE HAVE EXPECTED NEW MANAGEMENT WILL BRING SOME CHANGE BUT NO IMPROVEMENT EVEN NEW MANAGEMENTS IS BASED ON RAJESH BANDRA. GUYS GROWTH IN THE ORGANIZATION IS NILL EVEN AM'S AND VP'S ARE BASED ON HIM.
