    Hi All, We bought a flat in one of Primark's projects. It is a big mistake. The construction quality is poor, the attitude of the builder and others working under him is pathetic. The moment he receives the money from you (bank), his response to your requests turn rude. They behave as if they are doing you a favor on you by selling you the property. His supervisors are not qualified even to work as daily labor and the kind of work they get done is pathetic. None of the wooden door and window frames are without cracks. No wall paints are uniform. Even the walls are not straight. The cupboards are so brittle that they cannot hold even a 5kg Fevicol tin. It broke and dropped off. And these complaints when made to the builder, he just shrugged off saying it is probably some mishandling you have done on your part. The overall experience is really bad and in between even had thoughts to sell the flat and look for a new one. Any other builder will be better. My sincere advice, avoid Primark projects. You can visit some of his projects and you can realize yourself his handwork. Thanks a lot. For any more info u can contact me on the same link.
