AHS is good but Inventurus is best. AHS pay for Manager upto 5OOOO but Cognizant pays 60000 with incentive 80000 variable. SME gets 22000 in AHS but Inventurus pays 30000 TL gets 25000 in AHS but UHG pays 32000 AM gets 35000 in AHS but UHG pays 45000 Sr Associate gets 18000 in AHS but Inventurus pays 25000 SO take your own decision. I joined AHS as a fresher in 2007. After 3 months with AHS there was a sudden shock for all the new joiners of throwing the staff and many of our batchmate were thrown out. Then they told company is growing and they started businees in bloomfield and also in Chennai, Delhi. But what is the use when the employee advice others better to joine UHG, inventurus where the pay is more and also no job surety. In Mar'2012 I got an offer with Cognizant and here it is very professional. Apollo is like a shit and zavata is like a pig as%. AHS took a wrong decision of purchasing Zavata which is running in loss and the victim are employees. Mr Namit, Mr Divya, Mr Sanjeev pillar of apollo has resigned . Good because titanic chip is going to sink. That is the reason Sangeeta Madam sold the company. All the people with more than 5 years tenure are going to be in trouble. Sutherland is going to make your life hell because theya re going to dominate not Apollo. Can't stop laughing poor AHS employee
