Situated at a very congested junction. The management is least bothered about the traffic congestion. The uncivilized management is not worried about the sound pollution due to the public addressing system. God give them some brains and civic sense. Let them start thinking about the surrounding area.

The bore wells in MNK Vittal central court apartment in New Boiguda, Secunderabad have failed. Though monthly maintenance charges of Rs.1500 is collected from each flat, the builder and the newly formed welfare association had utterly failed to arrange alternate water supply through tankers or by some other means.There was no water supply for a week. There was hell of torture to the dwellers. There is little water supply since 3 days. It is wondered how the GHMC authorities and Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board authorities have given permission to build 90 flats without looking for ground water and bore wells capacity ? This is a luxury, costly apartment. Flats were sold @ Rs.4200 to Rs.4600 per SFt prior to water problem. As Rajesh well said, MNK really stand for " Maha Naraka Kupam " without water. May God bless the dwellers.
