The fees structure is something disturbing, fees is not fixed for all, it varies to Local Politicians, news reporters, pahilvans starts from 10000 to 26000 per year, you will get discount in negotiations, if u r politician 12K, welfare association member 10K, news reporter 13K like this goes on, By mistake if you are a common man , i feel sorry for that you have to pay FULL FEES no exemptions
