For people working in software, one of the problems with Chandanagar/Miyapur/Nizampet areas is, they have to cross National Highway, which is very very stressful in the evenings. So anyone who works in IT, they better prefer housing so that they need not commute too much and avoid the highway. The place where Aparna Sarovar, Commune have come up is decent surrounded with lots of huge expanses of open areas (like Central Univ, BHEL, Icrisat etc.,). So the price Aparna is asking is reasonable if the same site is available near to Aparna Sarovar. But in Chandanagar, in my personal opinion, is not worth it. May be others who are used to living in surrounding areas may find it good.
